Technical Review Committee

Various county offices are involved in the building and development process.  In an effort to facilitate these processes, a Technical Review Committee meets each Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. at the Engineer's Office.  This meeting allows anyone to discuss a particular development, survey, plot plan, etc.  A representative from each of the offices involved in the approval process is present to review requests.  Customers are seen on a first come, first serve basis.  Click here For a Guide to the Building Process in Clinton County.

Addresses  

To request an address, you may contact the Engineer's Office and provide the information shown on the top portion of this form.  If the driveway will be accessing a state route, contact the Ohio Dept. of Transportation to get an approved driveway location, prior to requesting your address.  If the property is located within city limits, please contact the City of Wilmington for your address.  If the property is located within village limits, please contact the local post office for the address.
