Clinton County, State of Ohio, through its Board of County
Commissioners, will receive bids for CLI-3/12/30-1.69/3.25/0.20
RESURFACING as per specifications, until 10:00 a.m., March 14, 2012
at the office of the Clinton County Commissioners, Court House, 46
S. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 at which time bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids must be delivered to the Clerk of Clinton County
Commissioners prior to the above stated time.
Plans and Specifications for CLI-3/12/30-1.69/3.25/0.20 RESURFACING
are on file and may be obtained from the office of Jeffrey B.
Linkous, Clinton County Engineer, 1326 Fife Avenue, Wilmington, Ohio
45177. Each bid shall be signed by the full name and business
address of each person or company.
Bid
or Proposal blanks will also be available with said specifications
and must be used in the submission of a bid if said bid is to be
considered by the Commissioners.
The successful bidder must be listed on the Ohio Department of
Transportation’s Prequalified Contractors List for the type of work
to be performed under this contract.
The
Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the
lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any
irregularities in bids.
